WHAT WE ARE: Calibre Building Services, Inc. is an architectural, space planning and construction management company. A group of licensed professionals, experienced in the design, rehabilitation, renovation and construction of all types of buildings – residential, commercial, public and institutional. Our areas of practice includes, but is not limited to - Churches, Multiple Dwelling Buildings, Restaurants, Hospitals, Banks, Office / Commercial Buildings and Schools. We have a proven tract record on multiple projects, with budgets up to $ 6,500,000.00.

 WHAT WE ARE NOT: Calibre Building Services, Inc. is not a General Contracting or Trade / Sub Contracting Company. In fact, we perform no construction services whatsoever. Our involvement in construction is limited strictly to the co-ordination, scheduling and management of the construction process and the Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Specialists, Materials Suppliers, Consultants and myriad of other Professionals involved in the process.

Our function is to protect the interests of the Principal Client/s or Investor/s on a project, by avoiding any breakdowns or other obstacles to the smooth and organized flow and progress of the project from beginning to completion. Avoid any “hidden” compromises to the quality of the work, materials and labor on the project and assure that the Principals obtain the optimum value for their investments, within the specified cost and time limits.

Our ten point PROJECT ENSURE program is like an ensurance policy against the multitude of problems that plague many construction projects today. Highlighted below are the ten points.

1. ENSURE that all the Bidders and Contractors on the project are qualified to perform required work and fully licensed, insured and bonded, to protect the Principals from any liability exposure.
2. ENSURE that all required approvals, permits and variances are in place before commencement of construction and are renewed as required during duration of related work.
3. ENSURE strict compliance to approved contract documents and specifications, throughout the course of the project.
4. ENSURE that the strictest site safety standards are adhered to, throughout the course of the project.
5. ENSURE cordial relations with adjacent property Owners and the safety of their property/ buildings.
6. ENSURE cordial relations between Contractors, Subcontractors and other professionals involved with the project.
7. ENSURE that payment / draw requests reflect amount of properly completed work.
8. ENSURE that inferior or untested materials, equipment or manpower is not substituted and ensure that all “or equal” substitutions comply with the desired intent of the contract documents.
9. ENSURE that all required tests and controlled inspections are performed by competent Professionals, as stipulated by the construction documents and the desired results obtained.
10. ENSURE the proper completion of each phase of the work and final completion, by performing periodic and punch list inspections, and adjusting the work as required for optimum results.
