Q.: Which areas do we serve?
A.: We serve all areas of the United States, but are based in and have a concentration of our projects and Clients, within the Northeast
corridor.
Q.: How big is each METROSTRUCTURES Organization?
A.:
Each organization has a core staff of five to ten professionals, with the ability to borrow the staff of the other companies and a pool of consultants throughout the Country.
Q.: What is the relationship between the METROSTRUCTURES companies?
A.: The companies are independent, with a professional alliance, based on the inter-relationships between the sectors that each serves and the
services provided. The essence of the relationship is the assurance of a reliable pool of experienced professionals when required, saving the time and expense/s related to searching for and retaining
skilled and reliable Consultants. Furthermore, our familiarity with each other ensures a good working relationship and an understanding of the standards and quality of work expected.
Q.: Can I hire only one Company?
A.: YES!
The requirements on each project is analyzed by the lead company and a recommendation to retain other Consultants is made, only if required. We do recommend other METROSTRUCTURES
companies in such situations, but never force the Client’s hand. The choice of who works on a project is always the Client’s prerogative.
Q.: Do we work with other Companies or Professionals?
A.: YES!
We can work as either Consultants or Sub-Consultants on a project or within an organization to augment the in-house staff on a project. As stated above, our involvement on a project is dictated by the Client’s needs. We serve on an as required basis.
Q.: If I need services not mentioned, can METROSTRUCTURES assist me?
A.: Our goal is to collectively provide ALL building consulting services. The lists shown highlight our frequently requested services. We offer
other services, which are not highlighted. We are also always looking for other areas to better serve you – our Client, better. Give us a call anyway. If we cannot help you, we can at least set you in
the right direction.
